I found this picture today while I was scanning my Donny Hathaway photos for the book.

Doesn't look like anyone has an answer to this, so I'll probably cancel the contest.

The shot of BOA in the EISID book is them with WB record rep Mark Wilson (now deceased) who is one of the people I dedicated the book to.
BOA put on a great show and were a whole lotta fun backstage. I have lots of photos of them which I will eventually got to cataloging and maybe showing in one way or another.
